After years working in the HVAC industry, I noticed something that never sat right with me. Many homeowners weren't trying to become HVAC technicians—they simply wanted to understand what was wrong before making an expensive repair decision.

That's why I created FixWithAPro—to give homeowners access to experienced HVAC help when they need guidance with their heating and cooling systems.

One service call especially stuck with me. A homeowner's furnace had a simple issue that only took a few minutes to identify because of years of experience reading fault codes and knowing where to look. That moment reminded me how valuable knowledge can be—and how frustrating it is when homeowners don't have access to it. My goal isn't to replace HVAC companies.
